Book Title: Veil of Deception
How did you know you wanted to be an author? I guess I had a story to tell. Writing gives you a flexibility that other creative outlets don’t have. You can write anywhere.
What is your advice for aspiring authors? If you had to do it again, what would you have done differently? Read. Read. Then read some more. Read books on writing. Find a trusted agent who will give you honest feedback. Keep an open mind and learn to take criticism.
Do you have any writing rituals or practices? When I wrote my first book, I’d get up a couple of hours early every day and tried to write a page a day. Now, working on my third book, I’m not that regimented. I write whenever and wherever I can.
What message do you want readers to remember? Understand that not everyone who reads your book will like it.
