Step 1: Tell Us About Yourself
In this step of the application form, you will want to have the following information available:
If you an author applying:
• Your name, e-mail, phone number, country of residence
If you are applying on behalf of an author:
• Your name, e-mail and position
• Author’s name, e-mail, phone number, country of residence
Step 2: Select the Number of Books You Would Like to Enter
In this step you can choose how many books you would like to submit into the Book Excellence Awards competition. Several authors submit multiple books.
If you are entering 4 books or more, you qualify for the publisher’s discount. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
Step 3: Submit Your Book Title Information
In this step, you will enter your book title information. It would be helpful to have the following information near by:
1) Full Book Title
2) ISBN or ASIN
3) Author Full Name
4) Author E-mail
6) Your book cover image. The accepted file types are .jpg and .png.
7) The categories you would like to enter the book into
8) The method in which you will be submitting your book*
*There are three methods by which you can submit your book:
Option #1 – Online. You can submit an eBook through the online form. Acceptable formats include: .pdf, .epub, .mobi, .doc, .docx.
Option #2 – Gifted eBook (Amazon, iBooks). You can submit a gifted eBook through Amazon or iBooks. Please send it to the following email address: email@example.com.
Option #3 – By E-mail. Please send your book to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 4: Send Us Your Marketing Materials (Optional)
Marketing materials may include: a press release, sell sheet, author bio, links to your website/social media pages etc. If you would like to submit marketing materials, there are two methods by which you can do so.
Option #1 – Online. You can submit your marketing materials through the online form.
Option #2 – By E-mail. You can submit your marketing materials to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
Step 5: Complete Payment and Accept the Rules and Regulations of the Competition
The regular pricing for the Book Excellence Awards is as follows:
1 Category = $99.00 USD
2 Categories = $148.00 USD
3 Categories = $197.00 USD
4 Categories = $246.00 USD
All prices are in USD. Authors are eligible to enter up to four categories per title.
If you are interested in submitting 4 or more books, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a publisher’s discount.
Payment is accepted online by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. Please note: if payment cannot be processed, your entry into the Book Excellence Awards will be void.
By applying through this form, you must agree to the Rules and Regulations of the Book Excellence Awards.
Application fees are as follows:
1 category – $99.00 $74.00
2 categories – $148.00 $123.00
3 categories – $197.00 $172.00
4 categories – $246.00 $221.00
Promotion prices are in red. Promotion ends November 26th, 2017 and should not be combined with any other offer. Prices are in USD.

All books submitted to the Book Excellence Awards must meet the following guidelines:
1) Have an ISBN or ASIN
2) Be written in English
